Operating Grant application documents are available in MS Excel or MS Word formats to enable the applicant to complete the document. Save a copy of each form on your computer then complete it. Final applications must be submitted as one PDF document including the grant agreement form, funding history form, budget form, application form and supporting documents. Applications must be no more than 20 pages, excluding the audited financial statements.
For Excel documents, macros must be enabled and you can tab from field to field as you complete the form. Save the forms on your computer, complete according to the instructions on the form, then assemble with the other application documents and supporting documents into a single PDF document.
